Mark Magerman, PhD, LCSW, BCD

Mark is a licensed and board-certified clinical social worker. He has more than 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, groups, and organizations as a psychotherapist, educator, coach and consultant. He has worked with small and family-owned businesses — as well as Fortune 500 companies — and spent 10 years as an executive and clinical director for a large managed behavioral healthcare organization.
For much of his life, Mark has explored a wide range of humanistic practices. He is interested in group process; creativity; intimate relational systems; personal growth; the use of contemplative practice; and individual, team, and organizational performance.
Mark earned a B.A. in Human Services and an M.ED. in Education and Psychology from Antioch College. He received an M.S.S. in Clinical Social Work from Bryn Mawr College and a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Behavior from International University for Graduate Studies. He has postgraduate training in a variety of theoretical orientations, including Gestalt Therapy, Psychodrama, Transactional Analysis, Family Therapy, Tavistock group work, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming , Clinical Hypnosis, and the OD Practitioners Program. Mark is faculty member of the Gestalt Therapy Institute of Philadelphia and maintains a professional practice in Newtown, PA.

Debra Brosan, MA, OD
Debra is an organizational consultant and professional development coach. Debra consults on organizational effectiveness to Fortune 500 companies, the pharmaceutical industry, non-profit organizations and religious institutions. Prior to her current work, Debra spent 15 years managing her family business, Alfa Packing Corporation, including five years as president.
Some of Debra's coaching interests include communication skills, team building, and mediation skills. She is also well versed in visioning, strategy, and helping her clients express their needs and desires for success.
Debra graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Education and continued taking graduate business courses. Debra earned her Master of Arts in Organizational Development from the Fielding Graduate Institute. She maintains a private practice in Newtown, PA.
