GTIP is led by three directors, with support from administrative staff. The directors, who are all distinguished and experienced Gestalt educators and therapists, also serve as senior faculty for the training program — as does GTIP's one director emeritus. This group is joined by a rotating staff of adjunct faculty members, many of whom are GTIP graduates, who provide expertise in specific areas of Gestalt theory and practice.
